We were guests at amfAR’s annual Inspiration Gala in Hollywood a
few weeks ago. As part of the festivities we were invited to screen a preview
of our upcoming documentary about the history of amfAR, the world’s first AIDS
research foundation, and the two extraordinary women who started it: scientist Mathilde
Krim and Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor. The celebrity-studded event was
